JONATHAN'S MENU SELECTION - Capital Grille

Okay.

So it goes without saying, that an evening at Capital Grille is delightful.

There were many incredible aspects to our evening this past Sunday night, as we celebrated our 12th Anniversary. But let's just cut to the chase right now and I'll give you your orders:

Get in car. Drive down town. Enter restaurant. Sit in booth. Open menu. Go to the 8th appetizer. Order it.

Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella with Vine Ripe Tomatos

OMG

So I presumed it would be light fare, and a cold dish. No way. This beautiful dish comes out delightfully sauteed and piping hot. Tightly rolled and sauteed Prosciutto around fresh Mozzarella served with crostini, fresh basil, tomatos and a balsamic glaze.

It was one of those dishes that you could eat like twenty of them, but then you'd throw up, but you wouldn't have any regrets. Yeah, like that.

I can rave about the rest of the menu all day long, some other time. For now though:
